Welcome to Native Bodyworx. This is the site of Sudanna or for short Dana (screen name and nick name). I am a licensed massage therapist, aromatherapist, personal trainer and nutritionist. I also hold a bachelors and two masters degrees (just to let you know I am literate, and not just vocational).

You will find on this site informatoin about massage, healing, fitness, health nad wellness and a few other more esoteric topics. There is a little something for everyone and you may just learn something. I continue studying and learning, and growing. I believe in lifelong learning, professional development and personal growth.
